Crown Casino Faces $50 million Lawsuit
Saturday, December 13th, 2008The Crown Casino in Melbourne Australia is being sued by a gambler who says he lost $37 million playing baccarat in their casino. This gambler was banned from every casino in Australia by the Victoria Supreme Court. The loser claims he was lured back to the casino after they heard he had played and lost in Las Vegas.
Sounds like a battle between billionaires. The gambler was Harry Kakavas who has lost $900 million gambling. The Crown Casino owner is billionaire James Packer from Australia.
