Im stuck at the Mission where you have to fly over the dam with a plan (The Four Dragons Casino Mission) The mission is called Dam & Blast i think.

DAM & BLAST
Now that you’ve begun the process of wooing Millie, there are a couple of other things that need to take place before the heist can occur. One of the things necessary is to rig the dam to blow to cut power when the heist occurs. Head to the airport, as you’ll need a plane (parachuting is necessary for this mission). Drive to the yellow blip on the mini-map and head through the airport gates.
Once you do, drive to the blue blip to find a plane. Get inside it and take off. Go in the direction of the yellow marker on the mini-map, and be sure to get up to the level necessary (the marker arrow will point up until you climb a considerable distance). When you get to the corona in the sky, fly through it. As you do, press TRIANGLE to leap from the plane.
In the air, orient yourself in the direction of the yellow blip, freefalling until you get closer. Pull your chute and guide yourself toward the red shaft of light emanating from the drop point. Pull DOWN on the left stick to speed up your chute if you feel like you’re coming up a little short. If you land in the water, swim over to the platform and jump up to pull yourself up.Crouch and move down the length of the platform, sticking to the right wall. Near a pink shipping crate is a Knife. Grab it to make stealth kills easy. Sneak and knife the first two guards and make your way up the stairs to the red marker at the end of the platform. Once you get inside, stealth is still the name of the game. Use the mini-map to see which way the guards are looking. When they’re facing away, sneak up and kill. Go up the stairs to the left and move around the generator to get behind the technician. Sneak up and kill him and plant a charge on the nearby generator. Continue down the line, killing guards and planting charges.Once you get them all, move to the red marker near the door and exit. After making your escape, swim over to a boat and find an aircraft on the left shore. Take it back to Las Venturas and return to the Four Dragons.
