Personally i dont see anything wrong with having a few beers on your day off as long as you contine to operate okay ———-but dont drive and this can lead to alcoholism … I know i used to do the same thing ,, i would work 7 days a week 16hrs a day and just to get to sleep,after being wound up i would drink to get unwound to go to sleep , currently i’m drinking too much and cant decide what to do. I wished i had never made the mistakes. I truly dont there is anything wrong with drinking beer,whiskey,or wine as long as you maintain control of your facilities. The mistakes i cant say if i worked too much or am i drinking too much either one is not good… Just be careful and take care of yourself.I’m retired now and i have a lot of regrets & i dont want to do this again ….

If you did it every day, yes, if you do it only twice a month, I think not. I hope you drink the cheapest and highest alcohal content you can get for max effect and are not driving or operating heavy machinery when you do it.

I also worked seven days a week and got plenty of flak from many. Today I am retired at an early age, Iam a millionaire, I don’t work anymore, have a nice home, cars, and just about anything I want. So, keep working and make sure you invest properly…..KECK
