I know i used to do the same thing ,, i would work 7 days a week 16hrs a day and just to get to sleep,after being wound up i would drink to get unwound to go to sleep , currently i'm drinking too much and cant decide what to do. I wished i had never made the mistakes. I truly dont there is anything wrong with drinking beer,whiskey,or wine as long as you maintain control of your facilities. The mistakes i cant say if i worked too much or am i drinking too much either one is not good... Just be careful and take care of yourself.I'm retired now and i have a lot of regrets & i dont want to do this again ....
