Lucky 7.77 Buffet Las Vegas, Where On The Strip Is This?

I know it’s in the Plaza Hotel — or at least I think it is — but on every map of the strip I pull up, I cannot seem to find the Plaza Hotel. Can anyone shed some light on this? Thanks! ;-)

    As so many have said it is downtown, but actually it is at the end of Fremont street, downtown. :)
