San Andreas Help?

I went over to my friends house today, and he han an m4 and a combat shotgun outside the four dragons casino, and he did not have to pay, he just picked it up. What is this and how do i get it?

    When you do certain things in the game you get weapons at certain locations around san andreas. To get weopons outside of the four dragons casin you need to collect all (50) of the horseshoes. They are hidden throughout the third island, once you get all 50 those weapons, and some more, will apear outside of the four dragons casino.
