    You’re right. It’s a weird part of the game. You actually have to go and do other missions and then you will get a call from Woozie saying “You ready to do this thing?”. So go ahead and do any other missions that are around, like the other Casino and Tenpenney too (I think).

    because it’s not there it’s at another casino. If I remember correctly it’s at caligula’s palace.
